By accessing or using the Smokezilla website (the "Site") or ordering products through our third-party platform partner, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.

You must be at least 21 years of age to browse product pages, place an order, or receive delivery from Smokezilla. Age verification is performed at checkout via our platform partner and again in person by our delivery driver upon arrival. Misrepresenting your age is grounds for immediate order cancellation, forfeiture of payment, and possible referral to law enforcement.

Smokezilla offers tobacco products, vape and e-liquid products, kratom, hemp-derived CBD and Delta products, hookah and shisha, and related accessories. All products are sold strictly for lawful adult use in jurisdictions where such products are permitted. Product availability, images, and descriptions may change without notice; we disclaim any warranty of continued availability.

Orders are fulfilled through Saucey, an independent third-party platform. Smokezilla is not responsible for Saucey's own terms of service, checkout pricing, payment processing, delivery timing, driver conduct, or platform outages. Your use of Saucey is governed by Saucey's Terms of Service.

Prices displayed on the Site are for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time promotions, taxes, or platform fees. Final pricing is confirmed on Saucey at checkout. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery is available only within our 13-city local service area: DuPont, Steilacoom, Lakewood, University Place, Fircrest, Tacoma, Spanaway, Parkland, Roy, Yelm, McKenna, Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater, WA. Every delivery requires the recipient to be 21+ and to present a valid government-issued ID. Orders that cannot be age-verified will not be released and are subject to a restocking fee.

You may not: attempt to purchase products while under 21; resell Smokezilla products without written authorization; use our products in violation of federal, state, or local law; or scrape, reproduce, or republish content from this Site without written permission.

All content on this Site — including copy, design, logo marks, imagery, and branding — is the exclusive property of Smokezilla and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smokezilla disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Kratom products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and their sale and use may be regulated or restricted in certain Washington jurisdictions. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
